RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Incorrect or faulty item
We guarantee product quality, however in the unlikely event that customers receive a faulty or incorrect item, they are entitled to a replacement or store credit with all costs covered by us. Please contact us at info@hilodesignsnc.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Change of mind
As every item is made to order specifically for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind or sizing decisions. Therefore, please ensure that your sizing is correct by referring to the sizing charts provided on each product listing. There is no refunds, exchanges or returns unless items are defective or faulty. In this case, please contact info@hilodesignsnc.com.
Returns
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email. Once we receive your return, your replacement item will be made and you will receive a shipping notification email and pick up instruction email.
